I recently had a Delta flight that was cancelled last minute.  I had very little time and very few options and I had to get home.  I phoned your customer service department and spoke with Tiffany.  She was incredibly helpful and somehow found me a flight back home that night.  It's nice to see that some folks still care about the little guy.

I have to write to thank you for the great customer service I received when I called your office.  I booked my flight online, but days after I booked it I realized that I had entered the wrong return date. I called US Airways hoping they could assist me, they told me that it would be an additional $479.00 to fix the date.  I didn't make the change and instead called your customer care department to see if the US Airways solution was my only option.  Theresa was awesome.  She gave me a couple of flight options and within 10 minutes we had an alternate plan with only a nominal fee increase.  I will tell everyone I know about you guys.  Thanks for saving my vacation!
